We ship with all items UPS and USPS.

We offer Free Shipping for all customers (only in the U.S.). We hope you will be satisfied with our products, but if for any reason you don't like them, it's okay, you can return the items. To return products, please submit your request to our e-mail address info@gyspecialcollection.com within 15 days of receiving your order, then you will have another 7 working days to send the products to us. The Item(s) must be in perfect condition, unworn, and with all tags still in place. Once we received the item(s), we will be happy to exchange, credit or refund. Please allow us 7 days for your return to be processed.

Please obtain proof of postage for returned items as GY Special Collection cannot refund until the goods are received. While returning, goods lost in the post remain the responsibility of the customer. GY Special Collection does not pay for the return shipping fee unless the goods are faulty.

All clearance items are final sale and can’t return. To avoid any wrong sizing, please check our size charts here before making your purchase.

NOTE: Many of our products are handwoven and hand-printed. Due to this feature of the products, there may be slight variations in shades of color and quirky imperfections in the weave of the textile. These are not faulty.

Please note that our items are all sustainably dyed and woven in small batches. As a part of our ethics and sustainability platform, we choose to create our pieces in limited-run batches to guarantee that nothing is ever over-produced and ensure the highest quality product every time. This may result in the color of each batch being slightly different from another. Our artisans work diligently to consistently match the coloration of the original design but due to the natural dying process, colors may not be an exact match. We consider this to be a beautiful reflection of our artisanal process and traditional weaving techniques.
